I have a 2003 Chrysler concord with a few problems in the electrical system. First when I use the left blinker or the four way flashers the dash board lights will flash and smoke will come out from around the steering column. Second the wipers will not work, but the washer fluid will. Third the door locks will not work, I cant even unlock the door with the key. Last when I go to start the car the horn will blow once. Can you help???
