I have a 1999 Ranger.  3/4 of the dash lights do not light sometimes.  Once in a while half will come back on.  Is this a computer chip problem.  Also the fuel gauge is on full all the time even though it is not.  What would cause that?  The check fuel gauge light stays on and the high low oil pressure gauge is stuck on way low when starting the vehicle especially when cooler weather and will stay that way for several minutes before popping off.  What would cause that? And lastly sometimes the wipers come on with out turning them on.  Any ideas?  Thanks alot.
