My 2004 Civic will "chatter" very slightly when travelling at about 30 miles per hour and not under any stress (flat ground, little to no gas pedal). It stops immediately if I just touch the gas pedal.  It is almost as if it decides to shift into a gear that is too high for the conditions. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
