our car ALL OF THE SUDDEN WONT START. TURN THE KEY AND NOTHING. no click like when the starters going out, just nothing. the radio comes on but the headlights wont. got battery checked and its 100% charged. cleaned terminals and posts. checked all fuses (that i know of) with test light and there good. checked clutch safety switch and it looks good. can the starter go bad, not make any noise when turning key, and not allow headlights to come on ? what else can i check?
